John Maxwell Holland, 30, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 6 in the 600 block of North Highland Avenue after being accused of shooting the women back in June, according to Baltimore police.
Holland allegedly critically injured a 23-year-old woman and grazed a 19-year-old woman in the shooting on around 4 a.m., Sunday, June 26 in the 2500 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, police say.
Holland has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
